DataStream (DSS) | Subscription Logs tab

This tab provides a list of subscription logs. These logs track device activities. The following information is provided on this tab:

  • Log ID - Ayla-assigned ID of the log
  • OEM - Ayla-assigned OEM ID
  • Stream Key- the connection key for a stream to connect with the external servers
  • Event - the type of event
  • Created At - the date/time that the log was created
ClosedSearch for specific subscription logs
  1. To search for a specific log, click SEARCH LOGS, which opens the Search dialog box shown below:

  1. Enter the search parameters:
  • Stream_key value (includes wild cards)
  • Sort By Display Filters:
  • Asc (ascending)
  • Desc (descending)
  1. Click SEARCH.
ClosedReview additional details on a subscription log
  1. Click SEARCH.
  2. To review details on a specific subscription log, click the log to open the Subscription Log Details dialog box (shown below):

CONNECT and DISCONNECT Events logs provide additional details, as shown in the example of the Subscription Log Details dialog box below:
